Without some more details on what you've been noticing here, it's hard for us to advise on what could potentially been happening. 

If you believe you're being charged for an item that you didn't take out, it's definitely best to speak with our customer care team as soon as you can. 

That way we can check your account and bills, and take the right steps from there to make sure everything is as it should be.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
