Charged again for £30 initial phone fee

Hello

The fee you need to pay to begin your contract and get your phone has been added to my first bill so instead of being charged £53 I’ve been charged £83. Could someone please help?

Did you make an upfront payment with a credit or debit card when you placed your order? If you did, have you checked your bank statement to make sure the payment was successful?

Does this payment show as a credit on your first bill?
