Changing account and adding another device

Bethanyjah

I currently pay around £20 a month for my phone but want to decrease the amount I pay. I also want to add another device to my account as my mum wants to join EE would she be better with her own account ? Ideally i would like to add her to my contract and pay around the same amount o currently am paying for both of us if that’s possible as I’ve been a customer with EE for over 5 years.

@Bethanyjah : Impossible!

  1. You cannot downgrade your plan mid-term to a cheaper plan.
  2. The most reduction you'll get on it is 10% when you add the additional line for which you will have to pay on top.

@Bethanyjah  Your contract price is fixed for the term of that contract including any annual price increases you can only increase it not lower it.   If you require a 2nd line on your account you’ll get a 10% discount on that line, you’ll receive a 1Gb data bonus on your line for that 2nd contract.   You can get a £10 sim only deal with EE and the best you’ll get is the 10 for 10 deal.  It’s 10Gb of data unlimited calls/text and it’s £10 and you’ll have to call customer services to request this.   It’s a 24 month contract.

  You can only lower your monthly tariff when your upgrade is due and this can be a lower cost tariff as an upgrade doesn’t mean more costly.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
