Changed my iPad to sim only but still being charged for old contract

Has anyone else not had their previous tariff removed from the bill as promised when changing deals on iPads

@Kelbel31  Did you upgrade or just take out a new tariff contract for the iPad ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I just changed the tariff to sim only and didn’t upgrade the iPad

Then by not upgrading you've ended up with 2 contracts, a new SIM-Only & the existing iPad.
