Change of ownership

So I did a change of ownership today on the phone To put my phone in my name, however when I go onto my EE app I can’t see my plan details or billing dates? 
they said they would be sending a confirmation email to me but haven’t received one, can anyone help?

@EdwardBaker  Have you checked your spam folder ?  And give your account 24h to update. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yeah nothing in my spam folder or inbox, I’ll give it 24hours and see what happens after that
