Change of direct debit date

Hi, my billing is 20th and direct debit comes out on the 28th, unfortunately I won't have been paid before this date so I have changed the direct debit for the 10th of each month instead. I have had a confirmation text to say it's been changed but online still states did 28th. I know it usually takes 3 day for a DD to be requested from bank so I was wondering if the change would take place this month as there's still 6 days before DD is due to be taken or will it be Feb?

@Justme35 you’ll need to ask customer services about that,  but because you requested this before you got billed it should change to the requests date,  your account will update in due time,
