Tried to change my address but met with a message saying I do not have permission to do so. Please can someone from ee reply and tell me how to fix this?

@Laurataylor79 That’s because you set your account up as user not bill payer.
If you log into your My EE account online, select Account Settings then Personal Details.

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
