Late payment

Hi guys. 

its been a really tough year for me and this month I have not a penny to spare, just about paid my rent. 

is there any way ee can help with a payment plan or something?

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 before you default. I suggest calling them now. Please also read this help page:

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
