Change my payment date

Could I have help with my bill payment date, I need to change it because due to a family death I have fallen behind a bit

@Marieann07 : Are you paying by DD? If so. you can change your payment date or bank details in your EE a/c under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

You will need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers to do that though.

Otherwise, you need to call EE to change your billing date & your payment date will follow in step.

@Marieann07  You can only change it for the next billing date not the current one.  You say you’ve fallen behind this needs to be paid if you’ve been billed. probably best to call customer support about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
