Hi my phone and bills are set up to the wrong address, how do I change my address so my bill are not going to my neighbour instead of me, they must have got the number wrong at the car phone warehouse

That link worked perfectly.
I am using an s10+ and had tried account settings in the Myee app, mobile browser & desktop site in the same browser. None of the menus offered the facility to change my address. Google wasn't any help either. Happy new year to you.

this does not work. there is no menu - do you mean My EE instead?

The menu drop down will be found within your My EE.
Are you using the app or My EE online?
