Why has my contract price gone up from £26 to £30 a month?

@carolineh6047  As per your contract T&C each in April there is the yearly price increase CPI + 3.9%.    This year through it was high because Decembers CPI was high at 10.5%.   
This CPI rate is effected all networks and one network did an increase of over 17%.  

So your contact of £26 had an increase of 14.4%
