Hi,
I am an ex-employee, my contact is due to end on 13th February but my account still has the colleague discount and it hasn't changed to a leaver (friends and family) discount yet with a personal account. How can I get this chased as I would like to move to a SIMO but currently can't because of my account type and discount.

Only part of the issue here, but for clarity, when you say "my contract is due to end", do you mean that you are currently serving 30days disconnection notice? Or are you referring to the end of your minimum-term?

it is the end of my minimum term I don’t wish to disconnect.
