On December 1st, 2025, I called EE on number 150 to cancel one phone number. I was told that the number would be removed on December 30th. Then, in January, I received a bill that still shows the phone number I was cancelling.

I would recommend giving us another call.
If you provided your 30 days notice on December 1st the line should be disconnected.
Just to check this was not a PAC disconnection to transfer over to another network?
