Can u help me as I cannot log into the ee app. So I cannot see my usage or my bill.
Also my data is running extremely slow and is driving me mad. My phone isn't charging properly either. Not sure what to do... pls can u help with my 2 issues i have raised thanks.

What happens when you try to login to the My EE app?
Does the Network Status Checker report any problems in your area?
Have you tried a different charging cable?
