Cant afford to pay

I have already used the promise to pay scheme in in the past 6 months so i cannot use it again. I have less than a penny to my name and cant afford my bill due on the 26th. What is going to happen?

I already tried. All I was told is that they dont know how to help and i csnt use the promise to pay scheme again yet. Unhelpful.
