Whenever I submit my login details on the EE app, I just get sent back to the log-in screen with no feedback or error message.
I also can't check bills and payments because, whenever I click on that button in my account's home page, I get sent to another page which doesn't stop loading then refreshing until the website starts blocking/rate limiting me.

If you haven't already, please try to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that helps.
It is also worth clearing the cookies and cache from your browser, or trying from another browser or device, to see if the same thing occurs.
