I cannot find my bills anywhere. Nothing is listed. Wherever I go it just takes me back to the dashboard

This option is not available to me I am also trying to find my bills and getting nowhere

It looks like it’s something to do with me being down as the user and not the billpayer online? If this is the case then I would love to know who is paying my bills because last time I checked it was me

If you head to this 'manage numbers' section of your My EE account, you will be able to add yourself as the bill payer, then get access to your bills.
You may need to log out and back in again after making the change.

@Walkerlg Is this via the the my EE app or online ? If it’s online try clearing your browser history and cookies.
