I have called in to cancel my mobile phone contract and they said they cancelled it but I had one more payment. Now I’ve paid that and I still haven’t got any confirmation that my contract is cancelled and they are supposed to pay me the £50 deposit that I put down aswell.

@Seleena2-3 You have to give 30 day notice to terminate if you are billed in this period of 30 days you’ll still pay it and will be refunded any over payments once you get to the end of the 30 day notice period.
How long have you been using this contract for ?
If you are still within your contract term you’ll be required to pay off that remaining contract term.
