Hi!
I have called to cancel my insurance last month before the bill payment but I still got charged but when I called again, the lady told me that I will be refunded the extra amount that has been taken away from me.
Now in my upcoming payments of this month, I am again getting charged for the insurance which I have clearly cancelled.
I am really confused. Please help me

If you’ve already arranged to cancel the insurance and the charge is still appearing, please get in touch with our customer support team. They’ll be able to look into this further and help get this sorted.
