Hi, I’ve just upgraded my phone to a more expensive plan per month. I don’t use the Wi-Fi box that I currently have and I was hoping we would be able to cancel that contract or at the very lease bring the monthly payment down as it’s not being used. Thanks

You need to contact EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your mobile BB contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.
