Hi all, just started a new contract and asked for itemised billing not to be included as it had in my last contract.
But I am still being charged for it although
the rest of my new contract is as agreed.

Have you had a new bill generated since you removed itemised billing?
If you have, does the charge for itemised billing just cover the period before you upgraded?

Hi I am having the same problem. How do I remove itemized billing? IT is added for £2.50 and I didn't agree to it please can you remove it?
There seems to be no way to contact anyone at EE? IS there a support email or phone number?
