Cancellation contract from abroad.

Hi, everyone. I had to leave the UK suddenly two months ago. I've moved to Colombia, and so I need to end my EE contract. Since I will be here for a while. I´ve tried EVERYTHING. I called every single number I found on the EE web page, but I´ve never had any answer. Just a recording saying nothing helpful.

Please give me a signal to solve my problem.

If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
