Hello, I got a SIM card in 1th November

And I signed a one-year contract

Unfortunately, I was working at that time

But it's been two days that I don't have a job anymore and getting 17 pounds to pay for a monthly internet 1G is too heavy for me and I'm a student.

I want you to guide me.

You would have to speak to customer service, as not sure they will just allow you to cancel. 

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Contractually, once you are beyond any cooling-off period that may apply, then you are legally bound for the duration of your minimum term.

You need to call EE C/S on 150 and discuss your circumstances with them.
