Welcome to the community,
This is not customer service, you will have to ring them to let them know.
If you are on contract and are still within your minimum term, you will have to pay the rest off.
If you want to keep your number, you will need to get a PAC code and give that to your new network, once you have received your new SIM card.
If however you want to change from contract to pay as you go, you will have to still speak to customer service, they can sort this out for you.
