Recently transferred from BT at point of contact renewal. Agreed to renew on basis of monthly charges for TV, broadband and 4 mobile phones. Was made aware of transfer to EE but charges for phones in first full month is larger than promised on renewal. £42pm but I was promised £29.68. Can you explore difference?
