Need advice @ee
So I went i. To store earlier in the week and was advised if I switch broadband there is the £20 off a mobile phone contract, which we were looking at for my daughter. I was aso told that there was 20% off the watch with it due to poice discount.
I went in yesterday and went through it all. Within. That time the broadband had gone up £5 a month and was told that I would need to pay the final bill with sky and it would be refunded. I have now found out that this isn't the case and that it will be Bill credit. I feel like I have been conned. As I am still within the 14 days do I have the right to return the phone, watch cancel the mobile phone/watch plan and broadband? As I've read that the 14day period is for network coverage issues only

There is no statutory 14-day cooling-off period when buying from a retail store.
EE will pay up to £300 of your Early Cancellation Fees upon sight of your previous ISP's bill showing them. You can claim this online @ Switch Broadband to EE and we'll pay your leaving fee.
