I had my phone and sim card stolen a few months ago. I bought a new phone with a different provider as EE are terrible. My contract is ending next month, how do i cancel if i dont know my phone number/havent got my sim?

Phone CS to cancel with 30 days notice. They will security check you to ID your no. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.

@ellieg1603 So no one who knows you has this number in their phone ? And why didn’t you request a replacement sim ? I assume you did report it lost/stolen to EE ?
