Who do I speak to to cancel a contract I've had them less than 2 weeks. I called EE to be told text "Return" to 150 did this and had an email yesterday saying we can't cancel as you had them from in store, went to store today to be told I have to call you on 150. So who do I talk to. I took out these contracts so I could have some temporary internet for a month as my sky router broke and I had no internet it's now been fixed.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Steve_08 If you'd like to give notice to cancel your sim contract your can do that by calling our disconnections team.
To speak to disconnections, you'd just need to call 150 from your EE phone, then select options 1, 4 then 2.
We have a handy page on disconnections, just click this link here

You can't! As you ordered in-store you have no statutory 14-day cooling-off period for right of return. That's only when you ordered by phone or online.

Hi @Steve_08
Welcome to the community.
Did you take out a contract for 24 months or was it a rolling 30 day plan?
If it was a 24 month contract, you'd not have an option to return to the store with 14 days as @XRaySpeX mentioned. If it was a rolling 30 day contract, you can contact our customer service guides and they can put notice in to cancel.

Contract was for a month only ends 26 September

@Steve_08 If this was a 30 day rolling contract you need to give 30 days notice of termination. Double check what contract do have though.
