Hi,

I called yesterday to cancel my Apple Watch contract with EE as I am not using it. Do I need to expect a confirmation message?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Your call yesterday would have been to give 30 days notice of cancellation. It doesn't happen on the spot. You should get a final bill, which may very well be a refund, soon after that time.

I am not expecting the cancellation to happen on the spot, but a confirmation message saying that my contract will finish in 30 days... would be nice.
