Can't view my bills online

I've been trying to view my bills online but it just says the service isn't working at the moment. I have tried calling and even though I explained how difficult it is to see bills on my phone screen, all the EE customer service person could do was tell me to download the app and have someone in the shop read it out to me. Alternatively I need to pay £3 a month for paper bills. 

I have a more inclusive solution. Fix the website!  I can see everything on my computer screen. How is it ok to discriminate against people who need a larger screen to read more complicated paperwork? I think it's awful to neglect a bunch of your customers like that

I am sorry you are both having an issue with accessing your bills. @Dawn1517 as the issue is only effecting your account on the website, just to check have you downloaded and tested other browsers to rule out that as an issue?  

@JohnH31 If this issue is effecting both the app and website I would recommend getting in touch with our tech team so that they can run some checks on your account and if they are unable to resolve it they can raise a ticket for your online account to help with resolving the issue. I have the same problem both using the app and the website. Is someone working on this? I am a new user as from 1 April and haven't been able to view my monthly bills.

I cannot see my bills on line either.  I dont want to download the APP on my phone.  I want to log into my account on the EE website but it just tells me to download the APP.  There is no way of seeing my bills.  I realise this is an old thread but is this still an issue on the EE website?

Hi @SRO1,

Welcome to the EE Community

You should be able to view your bill on the EE website by logging in selecting Manage along the top of the page and then Billing. That will take you to the billing section where you are able to see a breakdown of your latest bill and the option to download the PDF of your bill below that. 

I would recommend testing another browser if you are getting an error when visiting this part of the website. If the error persists I would recommend reaching out to our technical team so they can run some checks on your online account.

Hi.  I've got the same problem.  I'm looking for it on my phone and have 'Manage' but 'Billing' doesn't then pop up.  V frustrating.  I don't want to download your app onto my phone either.

Could you try using a different browser to view your online account, then try again, please?

  Thanks Chris.  Just tried in Edge, the previous being in Chrome.  Still no luck - I can't see the billing option.

Are you able to text BILL to 150 on our phone, please? You should receive a text back with details of your last bill.

I can but that's a short term solution.  My husband has just checked his account.  He has a green band across the whole web page near the top with the word Orders on it.  So do I.  He's also got Billing and something else on that green band.  I don't have those.
