My contract finish 7 October and online I still can't upgrade. I message to 150 UP and nothing only said

Have you tried ringing customer service? They may be able to offer you a better deal. You just need to speak to the upgrade team. I did this yesterday, I always ring them when wanting to upgrade or change my plan.
