Recently changed to new package tried to sort out phone yo keep my number and non of the lines and numbers to give work!!! I only took this package to keep my phone number and remove our landline I can’t access anyone to help me sort this

Our customer care team can be contacted by calling 150 from any EE handset or by calling 07953 966 150 from any landline/provider.

I can’t use my phone at all I was told once I’d put new sim in everything would transfer over and my number stay the same I couldn’t enter the pin sent over I’m thinks of cancelling everything
