First EE didn't collect my direct debit and warned I faced a charge.
I phoned them and the gentleman I spoke to sound very stoned and couldn't care less, was of no help.
I cancelled my DD and paid by card.
Now the site refuses on three different browsers to let me set up a new direct debit.
What is wrong with EE?...I have no complaint with the speed or reliability of service but their web site and customer service is appaling.

Do you post absolutely useless stuff just wind people up? Where else do you think people are trying to manage their Direct Debit exactly?

So in the end I phoned them and there was an automated option to set up a DD using the buttons on your phone...which did work.
Clearly though an issue with the website.

Cheers will have to do that I guess... at least the automated way means it'll be a bit quicker.
Strange they've not bothered to fix the site though for a year+
