i can no longer view my bills on EE, i go into the bills and payments section and it just brings me back tot he dashboard with my notifications.

I have this exact same issue, almost all navigate brings me to same dashboard page.

Does this happen regardless of which browser you use? Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies?

Same here. I’ve been in touch via 150 and the chat function. Each time I’m told they’ve fixed it, to delete app and re-instate and it’ll work. It never does. So frustrating!
