I haven’t been able to download any apps since I got my phone, I went into one of your shops today and even one of your colleagues couldn’t help, I was looking at an early upgrade but the phone I would like a Samsung 21 FE was going to cost me £170 to buy myself out of my contract which I thought was a bit expensive as I only have until January to the end of my contract could you please help

If you text UP to 150, this will let you know the early upgrade fee to upgrade now to a different device. 

What happens when you try and download apps? 

Which device do you have?
