Can no longer view bills

i can no longer view my bills on EE, i go into the bills and payments section and it just brings me back tot he dashboard with my notifications.

How/what do you use to access your bills?

Have you tried a reset or reinstall, or another method to access your bills?

Hi, i have tried everything. i have tried the My EE app on my iphone and cant see the option for bills and payments in there and then on the actual website when i click the bills and payments option i just get taken to the dashboard

re the website option, is that on your phone or have you tried on a PC/Laptop - if so with another browser?

i have tried it on safari on my phone and chrome on my laptop

Mobile or Broadband?

 

Just tried mine and it is ok for Broadband.

 

Not sure what else you can try other than contact support.

The usual advice with the EE website is to try an incognito window and see if that helps.
