Can anyone decipher my bill?

Can anybody please explain why my bill is £14 but then it says it’s £20.83 plus vat? Thanks. Is supposed to be confusing on purpose?

Should be £14 per month so why does it say £20.83 excluding vat?

When you bought it wasn't that a £25 (incl. VAT) plan discounted to £14? You should find the discount in your Add-ons & Extras, if not this month then next month.

Yea all correct thanks but I want to know what that £20.83 + vat is. Hopefully I won’t be paying it otherwise that would be incredibly misleading and I would have to cancel my contract

£20.83 + VAT = £25, the price it was before discount.
