Can I have my new sim’s plan switched to my old sim?

So I’ve recently got a new iPhone, and got an unlimited plan on the new sim that came with it. Me and my wife’s current numbers are on a plan on her account which we get billed for monthly, but I’d like to have the unlimited plan from my new sim swapped to my existing sim so I can keep the number since it’s tied to quite a few things. Is this at all possible?

Hi @SKB23

I hope you're enjoying your new iPhone so far! 😊

I think the best thing to do is to contact us directly. This way we can make sure the right details are attached to the right mobile numbers for how you and your wife want to use them.

Thanks so much,

EE won't port nos. between its contracts. So you need to 1st port your existing no. to another network's PAYG using a PAC from EE & then in reverse port it back to your new contract. This will also have the effect of cancelling your old contract.

You could alternatively move your old contract to PAYG with 30 days notice & then ask EE to transfer the no to your new contract.
