Welcome to the EE Community
The information on the calls and texts you send would only be itemised if you have opted to pay for itemised billing, in which case the information on your calls will appear on your monthly bill.
If you do not have itemised billing you can request it be added moving forward by calling us on 150, however the information will only be saved from the date it is added, it wont be backdated.

Welcome to the EE Community 😊
If you have had itemised billing enabled on your account, you'll be able to see your full call logs each month.
This is an optional feature though, and when disabled you'll only see outside of allowance calls listed.
It's not possible for us to backdate itemisation though, so we wouldn't have this information available otherwise and you'd be best looking at your phone's call logs.

If you had itemised billing active at the time, then check your itemised bills. If not, your phone's call log holds this info.

Welcome to the community.
If you pay for itemised billing, you can view your call history in the Bills and Payments tab of the My EE app or by logging into your account online.
You may be able to view your recent calls in your phone’s call log, which shows incoming, outgoing, and missed calls.

If you had itemised billing set up on your account at the time, you'll be able to see the call history for the last 12 months of bills by logging on in online.
Please visit our helpful View your monthly EE Mobile or EE Broadband bill page for the steps on how to view and download your bill.
For anything over 12 months you'll need to call Customer Service on 150 who'll be able to issue it for you.
It's not possible for us to backdate itemisation though, so if you didn't have it set up at the time it won't be possible to retrieve the call history.
