CAN I CHANGE MY PLAN?

Hi, I'm with EE for about  3 weeks no, and I started with a 12 month plan with 125g per month and one smart benefit, but I didn't know if I needed more and now I know I do. I have a 30% discount with my current plan. Can I change to the 12 month plan with unlimited data and one smart benefit which is about £37? If so, what would happem with my 30% discount?

What kind of discount is your 30%? Is it a Family and Friends discount?

Yes it is. 

As I say I'm with EE since less than a month, so I guess I'm not the first person who realizes his plan it's not the best for him after starting using it.

Hi @VictorTR,

You won't lose your friends and family discount as long as you switch to another eligible plan.
