Good evening all,
My mum is in a bit of a dilemma, unfortunately my brother passed away last week & he has a mobile phone on EE. My mum is the account holder as he was autistic so he was unable to set up the contract himself & he just paid her the money each month to her account.
Would my mum be able to cancel the contract he had?

I'd recommend completing the online form at https://ee.co.uk/help/profile/manage/tell-us-someone-has-died
Although it's not the account holder who's passed away, the bereavement team would be best placed to respond.
