Hi I took a broadband contract out with yourselves in may of £20 a month the letter states all my bank details etc are correct but I still have not made a payment I’m just wondering why ?

Hi @Victoria-9,
Are you able to access your billing area within My EE online? If so, does it show that any bills have been produced for you yet? It could be that there is an issue with your banking details and they have been unable to take payment, however by now you would have received communication to that effect I would think.
I would get in touch with customer service who will be able to advise further.
