Broadband bill not showing

Hi,

Recently I switched from BT to EE with my broadband and mobile. I used to have both broadband and mobile in one payment with BT, now with EE these are in 2 separate payments. When I go onto the EE website and app it only shows my mobile bills but doesn't show my broadband bills desptite still paying out each month.

Any help would be appreaciated

We know how important it is for you to know what is happening with yoru bills, so I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having linking your broadband. Have you tried linking your broadband in your online account?

Hi Rach,

I haven't, could you direct me where I would go on the website to try to link it as I haven't seen any obvious that suggested it would allow me to link broadband to my account.

In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE Broadband.
