I have been charged a large bill for international calls to Nigeria, I can not afford this. Can any help be provided as I understand if I had an add on for £11.40 it would have gave me 500 minutes whereas I have a bill for £327 for less than an hour of calls.

Bit of a poor argument really here..

If you knew you were going to be making regular calls abroad, and could buy an add on for £11.40 for 500 minutes... why didn't you?

I don't see how you can make the calls outside of your allowances without an add on and then claim that you shouldn't be charged the rate for those external international calls because it was possible to get it cheaper as an add on....

Also, £327 for less than 1 hour's worth of calls seems very excessive even for an international call... that would work out at perhaps £6 a minute (assuming 50 minutes worth of calls).... I don't believe there's any phone network that charges that much per minute to make a call abroad. I assume you are certain you weren't calling a premium/chargeable overseas number? By that I mean one where you pay a fee to call the number anyway on top of the international call handling fee.

I was told that I have until the 3 of march to pay my bill and now I keep getting reminders about it
