Airtime rewards

How can I successfully add my airtime rewards? Everytime I try to send them they get returned. Do I need to contact EE to alter something in my account to accept this?

Are you trying to add the credits from your Airtime Rewards account onto your EE account?

yes I tried to add them via the airtime rewards app. They have since been returned to the airtime rewards app. I’m not sure why this would happen. 
miss there an option to add them in the EE account on the app?

Thanks for the quick reply, 

The Airtime Rewards site does advise the below for redeeming your rewards.

If you're on an EE business account, please drop us an email at support@airtimerewards.com as we cannot credit these accounts at this time. If you have a personal EE account, you may have premium services turned off on your account. If you could kindly contact EE and ask them to enable premium services, this will fix the issue.

If you call us on 150, the team will check the premium services are turned on for you.
