Is my ee supposed to still be taking money from account after the contract is finished

Welcome to the community,

Contracts do not end, just the minimum term does. If you want to cancel your contract, you will have to do so by phoning customer service and giving thirty days notice, or you can upgrade to a different and maybe cheaper plan.

On the other hand if you are wishing to move to another network, you can text PAC to 6075.  If you wish to change to pay as you go and stay with EE, you can do so by letting customer service know and keep your number.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
