Good afternoon, I paid my bill this morning using Apple Pay. The page said there was an error. And my bill is showing as unpaid but the money had left my bank account. Is there something else I should do or just wait?

@B6bas  give it 24 hours to update if it’s still saying unpaid I recommend you call customer support on 150

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

As @Chris_B has advised the restriction can take up to 24 hours to be removed. If this is still the same after the 24 hours please call us from any other phone, or if you log into the EE app and select the Help section a 'message us' option should show if you have a personal pay monthly account.
