Does anyone know if there’s a quicker and easier way to discuss your payments without having to call or go into EE? Surely there is an online chat for them somewhere?

You can use the chat via the EE app but you are best speaking to EE on 150 about this issue.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
