Hi,

I am waiting for my iPhone pro Max to be delivered which is due middle of December

I’m curious if EE will bill me for the phone before it arrives as my DD comes out on the 10th. It concerns me as I’ll be paying for something that isn’t here.

Can anyone advise?

Your contract should start from delivery of the phone.
