Bills help

Hi everyone, 

my app says that my next bill will be £37.72 more than usual. When I select see charges it doesn’t show up. Does anyone know what the message means or how I find the charges?

@RMT1  Don’t worry about it.  You’ve not been billed it’s a prediction but it’s a mistake.   My next bill on the app says £65 more than usual.     If you login to your online account via a pc it’ll show differently again.
